What a rare encounter! But it seems the poor little fella is slowly melting away...who would have thoght that ice dragons are sensitive to warmth... 
Played around with material settings in this one - glass, water, ice. Changed all material settings for the dragon to frosted ice with the Reality plug-in - et voilà!
Only added the cold haze during post-work.
Used Maya for Victoria 4 and Millenium Dragon 2.

DAZ Studio 3 + Reality 1.25 + Lux Render 0.8 + PS CS5 + about 2 hours composing & 5.5 hours rendering + 1 hour post-working.
